As recent customers of Sandgate Pest Control we just wanted to provide some feedback about your staff and service.  We have recently discovered a small problem with termites in our home, and in doing so, were very anxious to have this treated as soon as possible. We have seen your company advertised in the local rag and being supporters of small business in the area, located your ad and proceeded to call immediately.

The prompt service that we received from our initial phone call was nothing short of excellent.  The guy that visited our home, Darryl Scanlan, was extremely thorough in his investigations and certainly helped to relieve our anxieties immediately, even though he confirmed that we had termites.  For us to know that this could be treated effectively and promptly was the relief. 

After the initial inspection, we were very shortly thereafter supplied with a termite management report and recommendations of how this small problem should be treated.  Again, excellent service.

The phone contact with your office staff was efficient, friendly and trouble free.  In fact the willingness to work into our schedules was very refreshing.  We all know what it is like to make a purchase or need a service in our homes only to be told "somewhere between 8:30 and 5:00", at long last, old fashioned service is still alive.

Today we have had our termite barrier completed, again by Darryl and the work was carried out quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss or interruption to our day.

As a small business, I am sure your reputation is absolute paramount to your continued success and ability to operate in such hard times, well, let me tell you, if you provide a service to all your clients as you did to us, you will have absolutely no problem in maintaining your business and your reputation.  We will recommend you to everyone we know.  Well done and thank you Sandgate Pest Control.
